There is nothing quite like working with vintage fabric.  I have a sizable stash that I have collected over the years.  Since there is no guarantee you will find more of a particular pattern, you have to take extra care plotting out the perfect project and pairing fabrics.  Each cut has to be deliberate.  But the finished product is extra special.  It has history and is almost completely impossible to reproduce.
