I figured it was about time I start sharing some photos from around my "studio". I say that in quotes because I don't have a designated space to work. I hand sew in bed or on the sofa. My machine gets set up in the dining room. My cutting and pressing happens in the living room. I would love a room devoted to crafting, but our house just isn't set up for it. But I make do with what I have.
This week I have been busy tackling a handful of projects. The cutting and piecing started on my 'Jitterbug Betty' quilt. It's complex, but coming along nicely. I had a top for a baby quilt I had pieced awhile ago that I finally got around to quilting. I'm working on sewing the binding on by hand while I watch Netflix in bed. I have all the fabric in for my 'Swiss Cross quilt'. With so many seams I'm going to have to be extremely careful.
All images original to Ever So Splendid. Feel free to pin and share, but please link back to this post so others may find the accompanying information. Thanks!
Love the winking bear print, where is it from??
ReplyDeleteI purchased it from Jamie Mitchell when he had a society 6 shop. Here is his website: http://www.jamiedraws.co.uk
