New Pattern Wishlist / Butterick & McCall's

I finished my first dress!  I just need to press it and take some photos and I'll be ready to share it with you.  I'm actually really pleased with how it turned out.  The zipper isn't as clean as I would like, but that will come with time and experience.  The modifications I made worked and it's something uniquely me and fits like a glove. 

Now I'm hooked.  I find myself scouring pattern catalogs online and bookmarking one after another.  I have a huge collection of patterns stacked on my sewing table and I've been pulling anything in my fabric stash that is a large enough cut to make something.  I will be reviewing each and ever project for you here on Ever So Splendid, so stick around!
